The 2nd floor expansion of the HPA Gambelas will be inaugurated today, in commemoration of its 11th Anniversary.
An additional 1,200 m2 of more quality, functionality and satisfaction.
This new area now has a small surgery theatre and also special endoscopic techniques and exams for Gastroenterology, Pulmonology and Urology.
The Cancer Unit as well as the Gynaecology / Obstetrics Units are also on this floor, which have both now tripled their reception and treatment capacity.
These alterations have permitted an increase in in the number of beds allocated to Gynaecology / Obstetrics, Puerperium, Maternity, Delivery Room and Recovery, as well a new wing of private rooms.
